Aiden's 6th Bird- Day!

It's been a pretty long time since I have posted about anything too important. I was planning on catching up (in order) on a few specific events, but I am scratching that plan and going straight to the coolest 6th Bird-Day ever.

With a movie theater, bounce houses, slides, and tons of arcade and Wii games the kiddos were overwhelmed with fun!

Aiden had an awesome time! It was such a special party.
I can't wrap my head around the fact that he's now 6. Over night he aged and became more independent than ever. We hear a lot of "Mom, I got it. I'm 6." , and "I'm 6 now, remember?". It's bitter sweet.

Pilgrims & Indians

Last week Aiden had his kindergarten feast! Oh my goodness. Seriously. Who knew my little man could be so adorable dressed in a paper pilgrim outfit!?!

Kindergarten is so simple. Popcorn, apples, juice, and paper costumes. That's a party for them. And it's an awesome party! I have a tendency to think bigger is better and every party/holiday/event is nothing unless I have gone over the top and have used every idea I can  possibly pull from the creative drawer in my brain. I'm trying to be more simple this time around for the holidays. Small simple things. Seems to work well for kindergartners.

Pamper Mommy the Chef

Just wanted to give a special "Thank You!" to everyone who came to my Pampered Chef party a few weeks ago. It really was tons of fun! And thank you to Amy for putting it on! She is fabulously knowledgeable on the products and made it a blast. Not to mention the pizza that we made was seriously delicious. It was so fun I will be hosting another on December 8th at my home this time! It might even have to be followed up with a girls night in. Wink, wink. If you want to have your own Pampered Chef party let me know, and I can get in you touch with Amy.

(out of habit she jumped right in front of the camera and cheesed it up. My pretty princess)

I got all this stuff (minus the garlic press & egg slicer) for only $26.00 with my freebies and discounts. Keep in mind I had a fairly simple and small party this time. Imagine what you are capable getting with a HUGE party. Yes, it's pretty amazing. The garlic press and egg slicer came from my moms kitchen. We all know there is no egg slicing or garlic pressing going on over there. Ha.

Happy cooking all!
