In the beginning of summer we created a long bucket list of fun things to do. While we have a little under two weeks left of summer, and quite a few events left on our list, picking our own food was one we got to check off a few weeks ago.
I had imagined visiting a pick your own garden kind of thing, but this was so convenient we couldn't pass up the opportunity.
Out of all 5 of us, I will say he was the most excited about this berry pickin trip. I guess fruit brings out the little boy in him. Haha.
And I may or may not have shed a little blood obtaining these beauties. It was all worth it. Iv'e got to learn how to make jam soon.
